Republican candidates have filed in many districts.The 11th District Committee does not endorse candidates where the GOP nomination is contested. (Where no candidates have filed yet, prospective candidates should contact the local GOP Committees as soon as possible.)

The 39th House District currently includes much of the Annandale and Springfield neighborhoods in Fairfax County, along the Capital Beltway from Little River Turnpike to the west side of I-95.

The Republican nominee for 2011 will be selected in late spring or early summer, following redistricting.
