Republican candidates have filed in many districts.The 11th District Committee does not endorse candidates where the GOP nomination is contested. (Where no candidates have filed yet, prospective candidates should contact the local GOP Committees as soon as possible.)

The 50th House District currently includes the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park, and adjoining neighborhoods in central Prince William County. The District is capably represented by Republican Delegate Jackson Miller.

The Republican nominee for 2011 will be selected in late spring or early summer, following redistricting.
(NOTE: If Del. Miller decides to run for the State Senate, this will be an open seat.)
