About our District

Virginia's 11th Congressional District includes Fairfax City and large parts of Fairfax County and Prince William County. The District includes many diverse and fast-changing communities in Northern Virginia. Learn more about the 11th -- check the district map, voter statistics and precinct list.

The District is well represented in the U.S. House by Congressman Tom Davis, who has held the seat since 1994. Davis is also ranking Republican on the House Government Reform Committee (2007-present) and former chairman (2003-06). He successfully led the Republican National Campaign Committee through three campaign cycles (1998, 2000, 2002) where the GOP retained control of the House. He's also a former three-term member (1979-91) and chairman (1991-94) of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors. For more on the Congressman, visit his campaign site and official House site.

The 11th Congressional District Republican Committee acts as a liaison between unit (city and county) Republican Committees and the state party. The District Committee also helps to support the election of Republican candidates for local, state and national office.
